Always insist on a complete Lladro stamp which must include the blue flower logo. With the exception of the Lladro Norman Rockwell figurines which were collaboration between to ventures, the Lladro flower is not present but the Lladro Stamp is.
All other Lladro figurines with the removed flower logo are not first quality but factory seconds and are sold at factory outlets. These figurines are not accepted by professional collectors and re- sale value is dramatically less.
We do not sell damaged goods, in the event of a chipped petal; we will clearly mention this and the price of the item will be lowered to reflect this.
